Everything has a beginning, and our starts not with the coffee roasting but when we get the coffee at the origin, where it comes from and grows absolutely natural.
We set off for the selection where our craftsmen select the best coffee.
We use a technique in which the coffee is roasted from the inside to the outside, with a gradual increase of temperature and using hot air, without direct contact with the heat source allowing to enhance its quality. After roasted, the beans are cooled and we begin the storage under optimum conditions using stabilization and degassing silos.
After forming the blends, the coffee is transported to the packaging area where once again is subject to quality control. Finally it is properly packaged in order to be safely transported and delivered anywhere in the country.
